Brew a cup of Morning Boost with one tea bag and drink it every morning, before or with breakfast. If your stomach is sensitive, we recommend taking it with food. You can re-brew the same tea bag up to four times or till bland. Morning Boost contains caffeine, so we don't recommend you drink it after 5pm.
Brew a cup of Night Cleanse with one tea bag and drink it every other alternate night, 30 minutes before going to bed. Start from Day 1 of your program - if you start on Saturday, take Night Cleanse again on Monday, Wednesday, Friday and so on.
