Enjoy Morning Boost, anytime before 5 pm. Brew for 4-5 mins in a 250-300ml of hot water. We recommend drinking The Night Cleanse 30 mins before bedtime. Brew it for 2-3 mins in a 250-300ml of hot water on other nights. For a stronger effect, you may soak it a few mins longer.
You can also rebrew the morning boost tea bags up to 4 times, but make sure not to let it affect your sleep!
