You are so close to receiving your order! Once your order is shipped out, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number that you can use to follow your package’s journey to you.
Click on "Track My Order" or "Order Shipped" to view your tracking details.
Alternatively, you can track your package on our website itself. Make sure to have either of the following information:
- Order Number (can be found in your order confirmation email or shipping confirmation email)
- Tracking Number (Tracking information can be obtained from your shipping confirmation email. If you did not receive it after 2 business days from the date of order, please check your junk/spam email. If you can't find it there as well, please contact us!
- Email address (the email address that you use to make the purchase)
Input either of the details above on the "Track My Order" page.
Once you have put the details, your tracking information will be shown on the page, or you will be directed to our partner courier's page on a different tab.
