Constipation is not a regular occurrence with our gummies. If this happens, check if you've recently changed your diet such as increasing your fruit and vegetable intake. While it is healthy to do, this may cause temporary constipation. Stop consuming the gummies for a week to see if symptoms subside. If the symptoms subside, start by taking just 1 to 2 gummies a day paired with drinking lots of water. If symptoms persist, stop taking the gummies and consult your doctor for medical advice.
