We're sorry to see you go! You can cancel your subscription in your account, by clicking on "Cancel" on the product that you have subscribed. You can always reactivate your account again if you would like to resume your subscription!
To cancel your subscription, please follow the steps below:
1. Login to your Account. There's 2 ways to login to your account:
a. Logging in via confirmation email
- Click on 'Go To My Account' from your Confirmation email.
b. Logging in via website
- Go to www.skinnymint.com
- Click on the Login button on the top right hand corner as shown below. Enter your email address and password.
- If you do not have an account with us, "click here" at the bottom of the line ---> Having issues managing your subscriptions?
- Enter your email address in the window below, and click on "Get subscription Login"
- Once done, check your email for further instructions to activate your account.
- After activating your account, you should be able to login, otherwise, reset your password by clicking on "Forgot your password".
2. After you have successfully login to your account, click on "Manage Subscriptions" to view your subscription item(s).
3. Select a reason for the cancellation. Then click on "Cancel my subscription' to complete the process.
