Your refund will be processed in an eGift card by default, unless otherwise requested by you.
Once your item has been checked by our warehouse and is eligible for a refund, your eGift card will be processed immediately and will be sent to you via email. No other amount will be refunded back to your bank account.
If you have requested for your refund to be credited back to your bank account, instead of processing your refund in an eGift card, we will process your refund back to your bank account.
It usually takes between 5-10 business days for the refunds to be credited to your bank account.
Please note that the time taken for a payment services provider to provide you with your refund can vary depending on the provider. If you do not receive your refund within 14 business days, please contact our support team for assistance!
